Establishing Trust:
When it comes to qualitative research, it’s all about comfort and trust — and I take that to heart from the very first moment I approach a prospective participant until the day we mail the incentive. When they feel comfortable using our platform and trust that their opinions will be heard, valued, and reflected, they open up. And when the whole group trusts, respects, and values each other, the level of thought and insight they provide truly soars. I make it my mission to foster those feelings in every project and every participant.
