Providing answers to hard questions is why we're in business. And it's what got us started as a market research firm in 1964. Since then, every client engagement has required some discovery on our part to shine light on a problem, issue, or opportunity.

We do whatever it takes to find those answers: primary market research like traditional and bulletin board focus groups, online surveys, telephone surveys, ethnographies, and so on. We have experienced researchers in-house who manage the entire project, start to finish.

We do landscape assessments and dig through secondary research to help answer the questions our clients ask. We conduct one-on-one interviews with stakeholders, facilitate retreats, and run both immersion and brainstorming sessions to uncover information needed to get at answers.

We do it all while keeping in mind that research is a means to an end. It must deliver results—insights and implications that inform. Time and again clients have sought us out with a research methodology in mind only to have us recommend against it.
