Sometimes, the best place marketing tool at your disposal isn’t an eye-popping logo or a catchy new slogan. It isn’t a paid ad or a digital post. It’s the people who live there. The people who love it.

But how do you empower those people to be impassioned storytellers and ambassadors? And what story are you enlisting them to share? That’s what leaders in the Fort Worth area wanted to know, and what our survey work with residents, community leaders and business owners sought to uncover.

Our research found that many residents gravitated toward a narrative that packaged Fort Worth’s iconic Western heritage with its modern pioneer spirit and the reasons people most love living there: friendliness, growth and diversity.

From there, an overarching branding and messaging architecture is being created and shared with the community.
